Our commitment to your safety

We believe in responsible and safe travel while staying vigilant and following the recommended procedures and protocols by the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local authorities.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand the need for increased flexibility with travel planning right now. Therefore, we have changed our policy to the following:
– We will no longer ask for a depository payment upon making your reservation.
– If it is 100% certain you are able to travel and with your approval, the full balance will be taken 30-days prior to your arrival.
– The payment is fully refundable until 7-day prior to check-in, after which only 50% of the payment will be refundable.
– Unused nights due to late arrival (time/day) or an early departure are non-refundable.

SAFETY
As for now, Bonaire has only had 2 cases of the virus on the island both of which made a full recovery. Currently, the island has no active cases.

CLEANING
Housekeeping will not enter your home-away-from-home unless it is vacant and you have approved us entering. You will only enter a hospital-grade sterilized and sealed room.

Further, all of our rooms and public areas have been fitted with disinfectant dispensers. Sunbeds are distanced accordingly and are to be disinfected after use.

MEASUREMENTS
Personal Contact
Fortunately, personal contact is not a must for our property. The Front Office has been made contact-free and all key cards are sanitized. We are currently busy with developing keyless entry systems for the rooms. However, we would still love to advise you on our favorite spots around the island and our concierge services shall continue either at a distance or via phone from your room.

Services
As much as we would love to get to know you better, we will not be hosting any complimentary Happy Hours or Wine Tastings until public events are declared safe again. Also, we will not continue with our turn down service.
