TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars per room / per night and do not include the Service Charge of 10% and the Government Tourist Tax of $6.50 p/p/p/n.
Government taxes and lodging rates are subject to change without notice.
25% due at confirmation of reservation and balance 30 days prior to arrival. In the event 30 days past, full pre-payment is due at confirmation time.
Payment for Holiday Christmas Period: 25% due at confirmation of reservation and balance 90 days prior to arrival. In the event 90 days past, full pre-payment is due at confirmation time.
In case of cancellation 45 days or longer before arrival the deposit minus $100 cancellation fee will be refunded.
If cancelled 44 to 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited.
For cancellations between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount is non-refundable.
If cancelled within 14 to 7 days, of arrival 75% of the total amount will be non-refundable. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the entire stay is non-refundable.
Unused nights due to a later arrival time or day or an early departure are non-refundable.
We advise you to take out travel insurance.

Check-out before/until 11:00 a.m.
Changes to the reservation including arrival and departure dates and times are subject to approval and written agreement between the parties.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SAFETY
We believe in responsible and safe travel while staying vigilant and following the recommended procedures and protocols by the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local authorities.
We understand the need for increased flexibility with travel planning right now. Therefore, we have changed our policy to the following:
We will no longer ask for a depository payment upon making your reservation.If it is 100% certain you are able to travel and with your approval, the full balance will be taken 30-days prior to your arrival.The payment is fully refundable until 7-day prior to check-in, after which only 50% of the payment will be refundable.Unused nights due to late arrival (time/day) or an early departure are non-refundable.
Housekeeping will not enter your home-away-from-home unless it is vacant and you have approved us entering. You will only enter a hospital-grade sterilized and sealed room. Further, all of our public areas have been fitted with disinfectant dispensers. Sunbeds are distanced accordingly and are to be disinfected after use.
Fortunately, personal contact is not a must for our property. The Front Office has been made contact-free and all key cards are sanitized. We are currently busy with developing keyless entry systems for the rooms. However, we would still love to advise you on our favorite spots around the island and our concierge services shall continue either at a distance or via phone from your room.
